For 4oz Jigger: 3ml in water or juice for taste, 3-4 times a day. If needed, increase frequency to every 1-3 hours for 1½ days. The jigger cup is specially designed so you can easily refill your smaller bottles for cost-effective use and convenience. However, if you would like to use directly from the cup, fill to the first line from the bottom (3mL).
