Great supplement without the constipation!

I’m using it to boost my iron levels in pregnancy and it is working very well. Only wish I could buy in a larger bottle because I go through it frequently!

I'm only giving it 4 stars as to the fact there was no bigger bottle as I have severe amemia.

This is the only iron supplement my body will absorb. It is so effective I need only use it a couple of times per week. The tincture is shelf stable and travels easily. Easy to take with a nice taste.

Honestly, was a little hesitant as the family uses other iron supplements, and this delivery method was new to us. But this worked. There was a clear positive effect. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been using this for quite a number of years for occasional Iron supplementation. I don’t tolerate other iron but do really well with this herbal formula. It one of my main must have’s for supplements. I notice a big difference in a boost of energy when I am fatigued from my moon cycle and then take this tincture.

This is a good liquid iron product, good for travel and to have on the go! Will taste sort of bitter because of the herbs, but overall I did like using it and adding to water.
