Job Description

We are a local Colorado company that specializes in the manufacturing of herbal remedies since 1979. We are seeking the addition of a well-versed Customer Service Representative who will also perform occasional duties in our Shipping/Fulfillment Department.

We are looking to hire one full-time (Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm), health-conscious person with ample customer service experience who shows strong abilities in the areas of: professionalism, strong phone/email etiquette, attention to detail, motivation to learn about our herbal products, willingness to be flexible and take direction, familiarity with Mac computers and standard office equipment, adaptability in a growing & seasonal business environment, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to each work day.

Familiarity with DSHEA compliance and the dynamics of the natural foods/supplement industry desired. A background in herbalism, high emotional intelligence quotient and non-smoker is preferred.

This is an hourly, full-time position and pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits available.
